I am not a doctor or a dietitian.  The information I provide is based on my personal experience as a former fat guy who lost 90 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle in a span of 14 months when I started weight training and dieting.
I am also Certified Coach through Eat To Perform and was employed as a coach for more than two years. I have also completed the Crossfit Level I Trainer course and received my certification as a Crossfit L1 Coach though I haven’t maintained that certification.
